Booking & Reservations
Can I book at the last minute?

Yes, we accept last-minute bookings subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. For pickups within the next few hours, please call us directly rather than using the online form, so dispatch can confirm immediately.

You can book directly through our website using our online booking form, by phone, or by email. For best availability, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings based on vehicle availability. Booking directly with us ensures your preferences are on file and your service isn’t filtered through a third-party aggregator .

For standard trips (airport transfers, point-to-point), we recommend booking 24 to 48 hours ahead . For special events (weddings, corporate events, prom), book 2-4 weeks in advance. During peak Bay Area events or conference season, availability can tighten significantly — book 1-2 weeks ahead for standard trips .

Yes. You can modify pickup time, location, or vehicle type by contacting us directly. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on notice period . For changes made more than 2 hours before pickup, we typically accommodate at no extra charge beyond any price adjustment .

Airport Transfers (SFO, OAK, SJC)
Do you track flights?

Yes. Our dispatch team monitors your flight in real-time using official airport data . If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your chauffeur’s pickup time adjusts automatically, no calls required from you. This is standard for all airport transfer bookings .

We provide 45-60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your flight’s landing for airport pickups . This covers most customs and baggage delays. For wait times beyond the grace period, additional waiting is billed at the hourly rate of your vehicle category in 15-minute increments .

Your chauffeur will be waiting inside the terminal at the baggage claim exit with a personalized name sign . For private aviation/FBO arrivals, pickup is coordinated directly with your handler .

Yes. For airport pickups, providing your flight number is essential for real-time flight tracking . We also need your airline and terminal information.

If your flight is diverted or rescheduled, please contact us as soon as possible with the new flight information . While we monitor flights in real-time, communication about major schedule changes helps us ensure a smooth pickup.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on your pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle type, and service duration (point-to-point vs. hourly). We provide fixed-rate pricing locked at the time of booking, no surge pricing, no hidden fees . Your quote includes tolls, fuel, and chauffeur time.

Every quoted price includes :

  • Chauffeur and vehicle

  • Fuel and tolls (including Bay Bridge tolls)

  • 45-60 minutes of waiting time for airport pickups

  • Bottled water

  • All applicable taxes

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Corporate accounts can arrange invoicing with net-30 terms .

No. We operate 24/7 with no night, weekend, or holiday surcharges . Your fixed rate is your final rate.

How do I know which vehicle to choose?

When booking, we’ll recommend the right vehicle based on your passenger count, luggage needs, and occasion . For group travel with luggage, we often recommend an SUV or Sprinter.

Yes. Our Executive and VIP Sprinters accommodate up to 8 passengers. For larger events, we can coordinate multiple vehicles to transport your entire group .

Yes, we welcome small pets provided they are kept in a suitable travel carrier . Please inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure the vehicle is prepared accordingly .
